Task preparation for planning

Performer Skill Selection

A setting that fixes which skill/profile is required to perform the task (for example, Backend, QA, Analyst).

Assigning a Specific Performer

Direct fixation of the responsible person: a specific team member becomes the task performer.

Planning within a Stage

Linking a task to a project stage (release, sprint, phase) so that the plan is assembled according to the structure of stages.

Setting Priority

An assessment of a task’s importance relative to others: it affects the order of execution and the behavior of the plan when there are not enough resources.

Execution Order

A setting for dependencies/sequencing: which tasks must go “before/after” others and which tasks cannot be done in parallel.

Task Complexity

The level of complexity (not just the volume), which reflects risk, uncertainty, and the required qualification.

Task Deadline

A fixed date and time by which a task must be completed. It’s a hard constraint for the project plan.
