1. Scope

This policy covers deepleex.ai, email enquiries, and access to authentication at auth.deepleex.ai and the platform at app.deepleex.ai. For data enquiries, contact contact@deepleex.ai.

When an organisation uses Deepleex for team work, the handling of data it uploads also depends on its agreement, access settings, and applicable data protection requirements. This policy does not replace that agreement.

2. Information that may be processed

When you visit the website, its server and delivery infrastructure receive technical request data, including your IP address, date and time, requested page, and browser and device information. Server log contents and retention depend on the infrastructure serving the website.

When you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the message, and any information you choose to share. The website link opens your email application. We receive that information only after you send the message. Include only information needed for a reply.

Sign-in and platform use may involve account and team details, projects, tasks, estimates, work schedules, time records, comments, files, and work results. The data involved depends on the features you use and what you or your team administrator add to the service.

The landing page does not read your password from the Keycloak form or save it in its own storage. Sign-in credentials are handled by the identity service at auth.deepleex.ai.

3. How information is used

Information is used to answer enquiries, provide requested service access, operate accounts and teams, plan and carry out work, provide support, protect security, and meet applicable obligations. The basis depends on the circumstances: your request and contract, consent where required, legitimate interests in security, or a legal obligation.

Allowing language storage is not consent to marketing, training models on project content, or sharing data with a third-party AI provider. The handling of platform content and external agents is governed separately by service terms, your agreement, and the integration you choose.

4. Cookies and local storage

The website stores your settings choice in deepleex.cookie-consent for up to 180 days. If you allow preference storage, deepleex.language remembers your chosen language. Before permission, the language is based on browser settings or an explicit selection in the page address.

This landing page version does not load analytics or advertising trackers. The sign-in form loads after your action or when you open a #login link and may use necessary authentication cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details, retention, and controls.

5. Recipients and external services

Hosting, infrastructure, email, and support providers may process information needed to perform their functions. If you choose Telegram or another integration, that provider also handles information under its own policies. Only connect integrations if you are authorised to share the team data involved.

Processing locations and possible international transfers depend on the infrastructure and integrations used. You can request information about specific recipients and applicable safeguards at contact@deepleex.ai.

6. Retention and security

Enquiries and account information are retained for as long as needed for their purpose, contractual performance, dispute resolution, and legally required retention. Workspace and backup deletion depend on service terms and infrastructure; contact support for the periods applicable to your account.

Data access should be limited to appropriate working permissions. You also have responsibility for protecting your credentials, team invitations, and access settings. No information system can guarantee protection against every threat.

7. Your requests and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority.

Email contact@deepleex.ai with the subject “Personal data”. We may request proportionate identity verification to protect your account. Requests are handled within the deadlines required by applicable law. If your organisation supplied the data, changes to workspace content may also require its administrator.

8. Policy updates

The current version is published on this page with its update date. If optional storage purposes change, the website will request a new choice. Continuing to browse is not consent to optional storage technologies.
