1. Website and service
Deepleex is a team planning and execution service. This website introduces the product, illustrates workflows, and provides access to sign-in. Real projects are managed in the platform at app.deepleex.ai. Contact contact@deepleex.ai about these terms.
Use the website and service in accordance with these rules and applicable law. If you act for an organisation, ensure you have the authority to do so. A separate agreement, order, or selected plan defines commercial terms and takes priority within its scope. This page does not amend agreements already in place.
2. Accounts and access
Use accurate account details, protect your sign-in methods, and do not share access with unauthorised people. Team administrators manage invitations and member permissions. Report suspicious access to support. Access workspaces only within the permissions granted to you.
3. Content and work results
You retain your rights to projects, tasks, files, and other content. Upload only information you are entitled to process and share. The service needs to process that content technically to provide the requested functions. Additional processing, retention, and content-use conditions are governed by your agreement and platform terms.
Do not put passwords, payment credentials, health information, or other data requiring special safeguards into ordinary tasks or comments unless an appropriate processing arrangement is in place. Before connecting an AI agent or integration, review its permissions and the data it will receive.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, malicious code, or spam; attempt unauthorised access; disrupt the service; overload its infrastructure; or infringe other users’ rights. Automation and integrations must use authorised interfaces and respect granted permissions and limits.
5. Planning, AI, and demonstrations
Scheduling, work allocation, and system suggestions depend on input estimates, skills, calendars, and other data. They support decisions but do not guarantee a particular deadline, business outcome, or error-free result. Review assignments, forecasts, and outputs before using them in your work.
Website demonstrations introduce the interface and do not send tasks to your team. Features marked “coming soon” or “in development” are not presented as currently available.
6. Plans, payment, and ending access
Pricing, trial periods, limits, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions are set out when you choose a plan or enter into an agreement. Viewing a demonstration, choosing cookie settings, or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a paid subscription.
Access may be limited under the agreement, for rule violations, or to protect security. Export and deletion arrangements after use ends are determined by the agreement and support process.
7. Intellectual property
Rights in Deepleex software, design, logos, and materials belong to their respective rights holders. Website use does not transfer those rights to you. Third-party integration names and logos belong to their owners.
8. Privacy and third-party services
Data handling and settings storage are described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Telegram, your email provider, and other external systems also have their own rules. Settings chosen on this website do not control accounts or cookies on other domains.
9. Availability and responsibility
The service may change or become temporarily unavailable, including for maintenance or because of external providers. Availability commitments and liability are governed by the agreement and applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
10. Updates and contact
The current terms are published with an update date. Changes to commercial conditions take effect as provided by the agreement and law. Email contact@deepleex.ai with questions, complaints, or requests to agree service terms.
